What we collect. When you use our contact or waitlist forms, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, company (if provided), project type, and message — along with basic technical metadata such as the time of submission.

Why we collect it. We use this information for exactly two things: responding to your inquiry and, if you joined the waitlist, telling you when the Helion robot ships.

Retention. We keep submissions only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete them.

No sale of data. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Third parties. Form submissions pass through the infrastructure providers that deliver our email notifications and host our database. They process this data on our behalf and for no other purpose.

Your rights. Want to see or delete what we have about you? Send a message through the contact form and we'll take care of it.
